Water Heater Burst in Athens, TN

Water heaters are wonderful luxuries - until they go rogue. This home was affected by a water heater busting, flooding the upper and lower levels of the home. Unfortunately, when this happens it happens quickly and can result in a lot of damage in a short amount of time. For this home, we were brought in to remove the areas that were unsalvageable such as the baseboards, and extract the water throughout the home. Once the water was removed, we set up our fans for dry the home, then sprayed for mold. This last step is to ensure that mold doesn't develop due to any moisture from the excess. Overall, this job was a success, and the homeowners were happy in the end.
