Water Damage in Books-A-Million

Disasters are not only in residential homes. This Books-A-Million had a pipe burst that resulted in water seeping through the walls into the carpet of the main retail space. Because the space affected was limited, we didn't need to set fans throughout the entire building, but we did need to find a way to enclose the affected area so the fans could dry effectively. As you can see in the photos, we build a temporary room for the fans so that we could get our desired vortex effect. We also placed fans behind the walls to dry the insulation and interior walls.
